Chris Hill has been building cars with Craig Smith (GTFOOMW) for over a decade.  Chris' builds are always incredibly clean and well balanced with enough power to live up to the looks.  This car is infamous on the internet and can be seen on 1320 Video blowing away super cars and most recently shooting gigantic flames from it's tail pipes.  Similar in appearance to Chris' original GTR, the new build will soon be getting similar performance upgrades that will take it well over 1200whp.  With out a doubt this will make it one of the most beautiful and firery blurs you'll ever see fly by on Chicago freeways.
